About 6 inches now into a pair of Marine socks for my nephew Derek who is in Afghanistan. First time trying the 2 at a time method. I thought it would be really a tangled mess but it's not too bad. If it would have been bad I would have just removed one sock and knit them one at a time again.
On the ribbing you need to make sure that your working yarn stays on the correct side of the needle.
It also was helpful to change out one of the needles to another color. And I will try a shorter pair too. 16" vs. the 24" that I am using now...

Where have I been??
I cannot believe it has been that long since my last post here! I have been busy but gee I am supposed to be retired with all of this free time.
Above I am posting some project photos that I have promised to you. On the top is my nephew Derek's soldier cap which I mailed out today. Then a picture of my Christmas Table Quilt. (Ready for next year! Yeah!) It really is nicely square although it doesn't look like it in the picture.
Feel free to comment if you like them!
